One Strange Outing

It may seem odd, but Madalyne and I betook ourselves the cemetery down the road for some picture time (because WHO can go on a walk in the spring without a camera???)

I'll start with my favorite one!!

Youth Group Formal Dinner

Last weekend we had the annual Fired-Up formal dinner, and they had an italian theme, which was very pretty. So we all dressed up and ate dinner, and took lots of pictures afterward.

And then, my personal favorite: Clark, Seth and Me were trolls during a play in November, so now we're reenacting it. :)

The Boxcar Children

Well this Saturday afternoon landed Cori, Luke, and I in the Fred Meyer parking lot. AFter loitering around for awhile, we went in the store, bought ourselves some sparkling cider, and a bag of truffles, which led us to the grass outside the store to eat and drink them.

We then found a sign that said "FLEA MARKET 8:00-3:00" so we walked over to the fairgrounds where it was held, but arrived just minutes too late and had to walk back to Fred Meyer, without seeing a thing.

On the way, I fell asleep on the train tracks and Luke had to rescue me before I got run over.

When the train stopped, Cori jumped on top, and got scared.

I came to help her down, and got my hair stuck in the door.

But Luke came up and tried to convince me it was safe. I thought he was crazy!!!!

But then we started thinking about what he was saying..........

And we decided he could be trusted.

So Cori decided to become friends with the train.

Movie Theatres

Do you ever find yourself frustrated with the millions of forwarded emails that make their way into your inbox? I do too. Most of the time I just click the delete button before I even make it past the little "FW:" sign. But this time, I read one that said 50 funny things to do in a movie theatre, so I went through and weeded out the dumb ones and wrote the funny ones here for you to read!

2. Gasp every time there is a swear word.

10. Every 15 minutes stand up and then sit back down.

16. Every time something crazy happens, turn to the person next to you and say, “did you see that?!”

22. If there is a kissing scene, reach over in front of you and cover someone's eyes.

24. Accuse the person behind you of kicking your seat. Turn around later and demand that they stop.

42. Ask a random person to go buy you popcorn because you don’t want to miss the movie.

48. When something is really funny, don’t laugh, instead point at the screen and say: “LOL!"

49. Blow your nose into a tissue and then show the contents of the tissue to a random person sitting next to you saying, “Look what I did!”
